Death Defying Acts

In HBO's fantastic movie Death Defying Acts, magician Harry Houdini conjures up a romance with an alleged psychic in 1920s Scotland in this drama.

"As notorious illusionist Harry Houdini (Guy Pearce) attempts to expose clairvoyants as phonies, he pitches a $10,000 purse for connecting the magician to his deceased mother. Catherine Zeta-Jones stars as a psychic who accepts Houdini's challenge…and gets swept off her feet."

Here's the trailer and catch it if you can on HBO. I loved it.
